Appointment Request

To request an appointment, please use the message section of the request to give a brief reason for seeking counseling (i.e. depression, anxiety, eating disorder) and several possible days/times that would be ideal for you. Online sessions for Texas residents are also available by request.

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm, with first appointment of the day at 9am and last appointment of the day at 4pm. Client appointments are not scheduled on Fridays.

In the event that there is a waitlist, openings will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Communication about openings are conducted via email and you will have 48 hours to accept an offered opening before the spot will be given to the next individual on the waitlist.
