The relationship between a counselor and her client is a sacred one.
For some, seeking help when feeling lost, stuck, or hopeless requires every ounce of tenacity and courage they can muster. Often, clients have struggled for months or even years before initiating treatment. Knowing this,
I desire to honor your struggle, your story, and the bravery you've exhibited to seek assistance by cultivating an environment of safety and encouragement to explore the problems you face and the solutions you seek.
My approach integrates a cognitive behavioral framework with a biblical worldview,
utilizing mindfulness techniques and skills-building strategies. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with spiritual life concerns, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders & body image concerns. I am certified as an eating disorders specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) and am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy through the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

To request an appointment, please use the message section of the request to give a brief reason for seeking counseling (i.e. OCD, anxiety, eating disorder) and several possible days/times that would be ideal for you. Online sessions for Texas residents are also available once an in-person intake session has been completed.
